OFF-LEASH Blair Park - located along Moraga Avenue between Red Rock Road and Maxwelton Road, this is a natural, unlandscaped area used mainly by dog owners. Piedmont Park - At the center of Piedmont, east entrance is at 711 Highland Avenue and a separate entrance from Wildwood Avenue
Linda Park - located on Linda Avenue next to Beach School
Hampton Field - at the corner of La Salle and Hampton Avenue
OBTAINING A DOG LICENSE Available in the Police Department on Thursdays between 8:00 a.m. and 12 noon and 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Dog License Applications may also be downloaded and mailed to the Police Department. Required for all dogs in Piedmont. Here is a link to Dog License & Off-Leash Permit Applications (PDF) OBTAINING AN OFF-LEASH PERMIT You may also apply for a special Off-Leash Permit for your pet which can be used at Blair Park, Dracena Park, Linda Park Off-Lease Area and Piedmont Park.
